Our services are designed to be as holistic as you need them to be. If you are confident with your application but need assistance with the inspection part of becoming accredited, then we can help you. On the other hand, if you need full end-to-end support then we can provide that as well.
We offer full e-mail and telephone support throughout the application and inspection process, right up to the point that you receive your accreditation and licensing documents. We also offer onsite support. Please contact for more information.
As part of the inspection process, both you and your staff will need to be prepared. This takes the form of training, as well as handbooks and guides where applicable. Your staff should also be trained on how to deliver, install, maintain, and instruct patients on the correct and safe usage of any equipment that you supply.
We will complete, review, and file the relevant application documentation at both state and CMS (federal) levels where necessary. As part of this service, we will seek to ensure that your application is ‘right the first time’ and if not, we will deal with any questions or queries that arise from your application.
You will also need to ensure that your site is set up to meet the relevant inspection criteria, including the prominent display of licensing information, the maintenance and security of the equipment, and other key service-level indicators. Our consultants will be on hand to ensure that your site is inspection-ready, and, where necessary, help you to deal with any issues that arise.
